4 Hours

This morning I cleaned up and rearranged the girls' room. It took me all morning.

And I had a bag of trash (papers, empty candy wrappers, orange rinds...) from what was under the beds. Forget whatever I might have said about the other arrangement being better because there was less floor space to get cluttered. All the clutter just went under the beds and the little open floor space was still covered with stuff. Now there's even more space for Alan to make his pallet on the floor between them, too. He's slept in his own room just a handful or fewer times since we got home from the beach.

I didn't expect it to take me 4 hours to clean. But I did do Alan's room in about 15 minutes. Now I just need to do the rest of the house. Ha! Ha! Ha!
