Whole Lot of Bluegrass Fun

After my grandmother's funeral the kids and I hurried back from Atlanta to make it to a bluegrass festival at Boone Hall Plantation with Sean and his mom, her husband and a couple of friends.

There were jumping castles and face painting for the kids. Mechanical bull riding for the adults. Lots of beer and barbecue. And the Carolina Chocolate Drops.

The girls loved the music. They danced and danced.
And they had their faces painted.

We did $5 versions for the face paint.
And by the end of the night they were worn out from all the fun. I think they wore our firned Hamza out in the process.
