Frieda's Weekend with Alan

Alan's preschool class has a mascot. Frieda the frog. Each weekend Frieda gets to go home with a different student. She comes with her toothbrush, a blanket, her favorite book, and a journal where the weekend is documented.

So after school Friday we went to lunch. Frieda liked the corn dog. When a friend of Julia's stopped by to play they all had fun dancing.

Saturday Holly had soccer practice so Frieda got to watch along with Alan and Julia from the back of the car, snuggled up in blankets for warmth.

Alan's been good about reading her book to her at bedtime.

And Frieda has been good about helping him play Uno.

Supposedly Frieda likes to take naps. Too bad she hasn't taught Alan and Julia and Holly about that.
