Questions

Last year - 2008 - my cousin gave us a "game" called Table Talk for Christmas. It's a set of conversation starter cards. We've had them on the table for the last few months and go in spurts using them at dinner. Usually one of the kids will pass out 2 to everyone and we go around the table while we eat talking about the questions... Where do you see yourself in 10 years? How did your parents meet? If you'd lived during the Gold Rush would you have moved west to find gold? When is it okay to lie?

One of tonight's questions was 'What do you worry most about?'

Julia - When I'm going to see my dad.

Holly - Having a baby.

Alan - Candy.

I just love the windows into their minds that the questions open for us.

That's a neat idea. I'm going to try to remember it for when my children are a little older...

Candy. That's hilarious....reminds me of Seinfeld saying that childhood is basically one giant quest for candy!

Interesting what they all said. I love Table Talk!
