My apologies to those of you who may be squeamish. Julia had a mole removed from her arm yesterday.
She wasn't born with it, but it appeared on her arm as a baby. I think. And as she grew, it grew. Yesterday she had it removed - even though she was afraid it would hurt. And even though the doctor didn't seem to think it a big deal. The worse part of the procedure was getting the shot to numb her arm. She watched him cut parts off after that. Brave girl.
I always thought there was something more involved in the removal of a mole than just a razor with a handle on it. Now I know.
