Bloody Toes to Bloody Nose

Alan is making progress with his swimming. He's got his feet off the bottom. I'm not sure what part having raw toes from running on the bottom of the pool had to do with the progress...

Last night he woke up, got thirsty, and had a bloody nose. While a bloody nose doesn't usually concern me too much, I did wish that the bleeding had stopped a little quicker. He moved his sleeping spot from in the living room with the girls (and the friend sleeping over) to next to my bed.

Sometime later in the night I heard him cry out - and then a Thump!. He had rolled under the bed and tried to sit up, smacking some part of his head or face on the bottom of the bed. Ouch. Luckily he went back to sleep - if he ever woke up - and there was no more blood involved.
